Each of the cooking elements is a 6-inch width. You can adjust it with the temperature control knob on the bottom left.
The control knobs don’t have any markings show you the power level. Just rotate clockwise to the higher power and anticlockwise for lower power. Someone may think it’s not convenient. But I think the knob itself is intuitive enough.
Moreover, it doesn’t have an on/off button. Just rotate the temperature control knob to cook. It doesn’t have timer control too. If you want to slow cook, you have to set your own timer. Otherwise, you will forget the time easier.
Every time finish cooking, remember to check all the cooking elements are turned off or not.

Size

If you are a family of 4 or more, you have to buy at least 4 zones. Otherwise, you have to spend a lot of time to cook each meal.
Radiant/Induction
If you buy a radiant cooktop, it can use every type of cookware. You don’t have to buy any new cookware specific to the cooktop. Just use the cookware in your kitchen.
If you buy an induction cooktop, the cookware has to be compatible. Otherwise, you will find the cookware is still cold after placing it on top of the cooktop for an hour.
